How do I track my order?
All Light for Your Lungs orders are shipped with full tracking. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery at any time.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed before 12pm (local warehouse time) are usually processed the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
In 95% of cases, your order will leave our warehouse within this timeframe. Rare delays can happen due to factors outside our control, but we always work to ship as quickly as possible.
When should I expect my delivery?
Our standard delivery times are:

United States: 7–9 business days (standard shipping)

International orders: 7–12 business days depending on customs clearance
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
We work hard to make sure your parcel reaches you on time. Once your order is with the courier, delays are unfortunately outside of our control.
If you believe your parcel is significantly delayed, missing, or returned to sender, please contact our support team at support@lightisyou.com with your order number and name used at checkout.
We reply to all queries within 48 hours (weekdays only).
I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?
Mistakes happen! Right after placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
You have 60 minutes after purchase to make any corrections directly.
If you miss this window, please send us an email immediately at support@lightisyou.com with your order number and the correct address. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped, we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
